YOU MIGHT FEEL DEPRESSED

These fatty acids are responsible for the health of your mood and memory. Most research suggests that pessimism and depression are linked to low levels of omega-3 fatty acids. Fill up on fatty fish like salmon, walnuts, canola oil, and flaxseeds.
LOWER SEX DRIVE
One thing that takes a hit when we limit our food intake is the hormones in the brain that are in charge of our libido. If you have a partner, you might find yourself constantly “not in the mood,” or maybe you just couldn’t care less about the attractive man that passed you by.
